These terms govern website use and retail orders for physical drinkware from The Weathervane Cafe L.L.C. The collection consists of ceramic mugs and reusable travel mugs, not food, coffee delivery, reservations or classes. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are an adult able to enter a purchase arrangement and that the supplied contact and delivery details are accurate. Product descriptions and selection
Each listing identifies a construction, material, approximate capacity and dimensions, finish, price and included components. A color or capacity option does not create a different construction. Minor finish and measurement variation can occur; a materially incorrect item is handled as an issue, not dismissed as ordinary variation. Screen color is not a laboratory color standard. Check handle clearance and storage dimensions before ordering. We make no unsupported leakproof, dishwasher, microwave, food-certification or timed thermal-performance claim. Care and safety guidance does not replace observing the actual condition of the vessel.
Ordering and acceptance
Choose the listed finish, add the desired quantity and review the cart before checkout. Submitting the form creates an order request and an order reference; it does not take payment or automatically establish that dispatch has occurred. We review availability, delivery scope and the details before written confirmation and payment arrangements. If an item cannot be supplied, we will discuss the choice of waiting, an agreed alternative or cancellation. We do not substitute another mug without consent. An apparent error can be corrected before acceptance, and you may decline the corrected offer.
Prices, delivery and payment
Prices are in USD. Standard shipping to the contiguous United States and DC is $7.95 below $75.00 merchandise and free from $75.00. Tax is $0.00 in the displayed total with no later tax surcharge. The server calculates quantities and totals from the catalog. Bank transfer is arranged only after written confirmation; no card payment is collected by the website. Preparation normally takes 2–3 business days after confirmation, with estimated transit of 3–7 business days. These estimates exclude weekends and US federal holidays and do not guarantee a delivery appointment.
Changes, returns and remedies
Contact us immediately for an order correction or cancellation. There is no shop cancellation fee before dispatch; after dispatch, return procedures apply. Eligible unused goods can be requested for change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The customer pays return postage for a discretionary return; no restocking fee applies. Incorrect or defective goods are reviewed for an appropriate remedy with reasonable approved return costs covered. Please retain packing and report damage promptly. The Returns and Shipping policies provide the procedure, inspection period and refund timing rather than requiring an unannounced shipment to the merchant address.
Responsible use and limitations
Do not interfere with site operation, attempt to access another customer’s session, submit fraudulent orders or upload malicious content through form fields. Provide only information needed for the transaction. Product text and images may be viewed for personal shopping; no permission to impersonate the merchant or reuse the collection commercially is granted. Temporary network or browser failures can interrupt a request. If you are unsure whether it completed, retain the reference and contact us rather than repeatedly submitting.
