Payment Policy
USD prices and an order request
All catalog prices and checkout amounts are in US dollars. Submitting the website form sends an order request for review; it is not an immediate card charge or an assertion that a bank transfer has occurred. The site does not provide a card gateway, digital wallet or financing application. Do not enter payment credentials into the order-notes field. The confirmation page provides the order reference so you can discuss the transaction with the merchant without creating another request.
How the total is calculated
The server calculates the total from the selected catalog SKU, its stated finish, quantity and current unit price. Quantities are limited to 20 per product in the website cart. Standard shipping is $7.95 below a $75.00 merchandise subtotal and free at or above $75.00. Tax is displayed as $0.00 and no later tax surcharge is added under these pricing terms. There are no website handling, card-processing or restocking fees hidden in the total. If you change quantities, review the recalculated shipping and total before submitting.
Written confirmation comes first
We review the product selection, contact information and delivery scope before asking for payment. Bank transfer may be arranged only after written confirmation of the order and the amount due. The confirmation should identify The Weathervane Cafe L.L.C., your order reference, the products, delivery address and agreed total. Do not transfer funds on the strength of an unsolicited message that does not match those details. If the requested amount differs from checkout, pause and contact us through the canonical email or phone below. We do not silently replace the submitted total.
Bank-transfer safety
Payment instructions are supplied privately after confirmation, not published as reusable banking credentials on this site. We will not ask for your banking password, one-time access code or full card details. Confirm any change of bank instructions using a known contact channel rather than simply replying to the message announcing the change. Your bank may impose its own transfer fee; ask the bank before authorizing a transfer. Such a fee is not a shop surcharge and is not included in the merchandise total. Never send additional funds to unlock a supposed refund.
Timing and availability
Unless a different period is agreed in writing, the confirmed payment request is valid for seven calendar days. Contact us if you need more time; we will check whether the requested items can remain available. An unpaid request is not an indefinite stock reservation. Preparation starts after details and payment arrangements are confirmed, with 2–3 business days for preparation and an estimated 3–7 business days for transit. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. A bank’s posting delay may affect when confirmation is possible.
Corrections, cancellation and price errors
Contact us promptly if the quantity, address or product is wrong. Before dispatch you may request cancellation without a shop cancellation fee. If funds have already been received, we will explain the refund method and timing. An obvious listing or arithmetic error will be discussed before payment is requested; you can decline a corrected offer. We do not charge a substituted product or a higher price without agreement. Once dispatched, the Returns Policy governs discretionary returns, while incorrect or defective goods remain subject to appropriate remedies.
Refunds and payment questions
For an approved return, inspection takes up to five business days after receipt and refund initiation up to five further business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Use the original order reference for questions and include the amount and date, not account access information. If you believe a payment request is fraudulent, stop payment where possible and contact your bank promptly as well as the merchant. We aim to acknowledge payment questions within two business days. These terms do not waive statutory dispute or refund rights.
