Where we ship
We ship physical ceramic mugs and reusable travel mugs to street addresses in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations and PO boxes are outside the current website delivery area. The checkout state list reflects that scope. This is ordinary merchandise shipping, not heavy freight, curbside construction-material delivery or a local ZIP-code-only service. The Denver merchant address is not a promise of a collection counter. Contact us before ordering if an address has unusual access restrictions.
Rates shown before submission
Standard shipping is $7.95 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $75.00. At $75.00 or more in merchandise, standard shipping is $0.00. The threshold is calculated before shipping; quantities and item prices come from the current catalog. Shipping is not multiplied by the number of mugs. Checkout displays merchandise, shipping, tax and the total in USD. Tax is $0.00 under this store’s published pricing terms and no later tax surcharge is added. We do not add handling, insurance or packaging fees after submission.
Preparation and transit
Allow 2–3 business days for preparation after the order details and payment arrangements have been confirmed. Standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, making the normal combined estimate 5–10 business days after confirmation. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The day of confirmation is not counted as a full preparation day. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment. A submitted request awaiting clarification or payment confirmation has not yet entered the preparation period.
Confirmation and corrections
Review the street number, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP code before submitting. Contact us immediately with the order reference if a correction is needed. We can usually correct details before dispatch, but a parcel already handed over may not be reroutable. Do not submit another order merely to change the address. We will explain any available correction and any actual carrier rerouting cost before you authorize it. No address correction fee is charged by the shop itself before dispatch.
Packing and receiving
Ceramic handles and rims need room inside protective packing. Open parcels on a stable surface and keep packaging until every item has been checked. Verify that the product name and included lid match the order. If a carton is visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking where practical. Do not use a chipped mug or damaged closure. Keep broken pieces away from children and pets. We do not require unsafe handling of fragments to make a report. Send photographs of the item, inner packing and outer carton when this can be done safely.
Delays, loss and failed delivery
Contact us if the normal delivery estimate has passed, if tracking appears stuck, or if a delivery scan does not match receipt. Check safe delivery areas and household recipients first without entering unsafe locations. We will review the address and available delivery information and aim to give an initial update within two business days. A carrier investigation may take longer; we will explain the next checkpoint rather than promise an unsupported completion date. If a parcel returns because of an incorrect address or refusal, any reshipment cost is discussed before another dispatch.
Damage, missing items and remedies
Please report visible damage or a missing item within seven calendar days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. This request does not remove rights for an issue discovered later or rights provided by law. Include the reference, affected product and a description. For an incorrect or defective shipment, we cover reasonable approved return shipping and work toward a replacement or refund after review. No restocking fee applies.
